Frequently Asked Questions

1)  Who do I contact if I have a design question?

Answer:  For questions regarding design prior to placing an order with Holiday Hearts Designs on Zazzle, please contact me, the designer, here.    I’m happy to help with design modifications whenever possible. Simple text or color changes may be available at no additional charge, while extensive redesigns, full suite changes, or completely new designs may require an additional design fee. If a fee applies, I will provide the price and details for your approval before beginning the work. A design deposit may be required for larger custom projects. 

2)  Can I make changes after the order has been placed?

Answer:  I am unable to edit a design after your order has been submitted to Zazzle.  If your order has not yet entered production, you may be able to request a cancellation through Zazzle Customer Support via this page .  After the cancellation is resolved, you can place a new order with the corrected personalization or contact me before reordering if custom design changes are needed.  Once an item has entered production, any order-related questions or issues must be handled directly through Zazzle Customer Support's page .  

3)  Who do I contact regarding production or shipping issues or questions?

Answer:   Zazzle handles all production, shipping, delivery estimates, and order fulfillment for products purchased through my Zazzle shops, HolidayHearts and HHGraduation. Delivery estimates are generally available on the individual Zazzle product page. For shipping questions, expedited delivery requests, or problems with an order, please contact Zazzle Customer Support directly . I design the products, but I do not have access to Zazzle’s production or shipping systems 

4)  I am dissatisfied with my product.  Who do I contact?

Answer:  Zazzle handles all production, shipping, delivery estimates, and order fulfillment for products purchased through my Zazzle shops, HolidayHeartsDesigns and HHGraduation.  Delivery estimates are generally available on the individual Zazzle product page.  For shipping questions, expedited delivery requests, or problems with an order, please contact Zazzle Customer Support directly  via this page .  I provide the template designs and designs for the products in my shops, but I do not have access to Zazzle's production and shipping systems.

5)  I prefer a digital design instead of a printed design.  Can you do that?

Answer:   Many of my designs are available in digital formats through my Zazzle shops when the product type supports digital downloading. Some specialty products, including certain foil, acrylic, and letterpress designs, may only be available as printed products. Please contact me if you are unsure whether a particular design is available digitally. 

6)  I have seen designs similar to yours elsewhere.  Why is this?

Answer:   Holiday Hearts Designs creates artwork in several ways. Some designs feature original artwork created entirely by me. Others are composite designs that combine my original design work with properly licensed graphics or other licensed creative elements. Some designs may also incorporate generative-content artwork as part of the final composition. Copyright and licensing rights vary depending on the individual elements used. The overall designs, layouts, and original creative work produced by Holiday Hearts Designs may not be copied or reproduced without permission. 7)  Affiliate Commissions

Disclosure:  Holiday Hearts Designs earns royalties from the sale of our original and licensed-design products offered through partner marketplaces such as Zazzle and Spoonflower. We may also participate in affiliate programs and earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase through certain links on this website, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not affect the price you pay. We only feature products, services, and resources that we believe are relevant to our readers and the occasions and styles we cover. 

Some Holiday Hearts Designs artwork may incorporate licensed or generative-content elements in combination with our original design work. Product pricing, sales tax, shipping, returns, and fulfillment are determined by the individual retailer or marketplace.
