1) Who do I contact if I have a design question?
Answer: For questions regarding design prior to placing an order, please contact me, the designer, here. I am happy to make design modifications whenever possible. Most changes can be made within 24 hours. Extensive redesigns and completely new designs may require additional design fees which will be outlined upon review of your request. Simple color changes or text modifications are usually available at no additional cost unless you require an entire design suite to be redesigned, and if that is the case, I reserve the right to review and quote an additional cost at that time. Please note that a predesign deposit may be required depending on how extensive the project is. I will provide a price prior to commencing any work, and wait for your approval of such price and any terms prior to beginning the work.
2) Can I make changes after the order has been placed?
Answer: I am unable to make changes to any design after your order has been placed. If the product has not gone into production, you can contact Zazzle via this page and request an order cancellation. After resolving the cancellation with Zazzle, you can either create a new correct order by personalizing the product again, or if design modifications need to be made, you can contact me for assistance here prior to placing a new order. If the item has gone into production, you will need to resolve any issues with Zazzle's Customer Support via the Customer Support page .
3) Who do I contact regarding production or shipping issues or questions?
Answer: If you have a question regarding delivery, you can estimate delivery on any product page on Zazzle by entering your zip code in the field provided. If you have an issue with delivery or you require expedited service other than what is offered on the site, please contact Zazzle Customer Support directly via this page. I do not have access to nor authority over production and shipping information related to your order. I am strictly the designer. Zazzle handles all details related to production and shipping.
4) I am dissatisfied with my product. Who do I contact?
Answer: I am so sorry you are dissatisfied. In the rare instance where this happens, please contact Zazzle directly via this page . Zazzle has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They will work with you to resolve any issues. If you have an issue with the purchased design, you will still need to contact Zazzle for resolution, but I would love to hear from you as well. That will help me to improve any design flaws so that they do not happen to anyone else. Please note that this occurrence is very rare.
5) I prefer a digital design instead of a printed design. Can you do that?
Answer: As of now the majority of my designs are not available digitally which means I would have to custom make the design from scratch to create a private listing for you in my Etsy shop. For this reason digital design work starts with a $25.00 minimum. If you are still interested, please contact me here. Please note that digital designs may not exactly match my printed designs due to font availability.
6) I have seen designs similar to yours elsewhere. Why is this?
Answer: I create my designs in several ways. Some of my designs are my original artwork, created entirely by me. Some of my designs are what is referred to as composite designs where I use a combination of licensed graphics and my own design work, art and creativity to create a "composite" design. All composite designs and my original designs are © Holiday Hearts Designs (except in cases where the licensor maintains copyright). 7) Affiliate Commissions
All of the products shown on this website are either our original artwork designs or composite designs created from a combination of our artwork and licensed artwork. If you click on one of these designs to visit one of our shops located on partner websites, and make a purchase of one of our designs on a product, we receive a royalty and may receive a small referral commission. These royalties and referrals are included in the price of any of the products except where we have indicated for special design work. Please note that this is exclusive of any additional sales tax and shipping costs.
